Step by Step Planning

In making good planning, a previous leader needs to ask some questions as follows.
  1. What should I do? Set a clear object, more specifically, including everythingrelated to its resources.
  2. Why this should be done? Investigate how much interest (urgency) implement the project.
  3. Are the goals / targets to be achieved? Set specific results to be achieved fromthese activities.
  4. Is it using the S-W-O-T? Analysis of activities to be performed by considering: the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from those activities.
  5. Where is it done? Set the location, size, distance, environment, etc. .. Consideralternatives for comparison.
  6. Where this is done? In order to set the timeframe and do not clash with other activities.
  7. Who should do? Determine who are involved, and as to what position, whatrequirements are needed, such as age, gender, skills required, etc..
  8. How do I do? Specify the most appropriate method to do the job.
Hopefully useful .......!
