In making good planning, a previous leader needs to ask some questions as follows.
- What should I do? Set a clear object, more specifically, including everythingrelated to its resources.
- Why this should be done? Investigate how much interest (urgency) implement the project.
- Are the goals / targets to be achieved? Set specific results to be achieved fromthese activities.
- Is it using the S-W-O-T? Analysis of activities to be performed by considering: the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from those activities.
- Where is it done? Set the location, size, distance, environment, etc. .. Consideralternatives for comparison.
- Where this is done? In order to set the timeframe and do not clash with other activities.
- Who should do? Determine who are involved, and as to what position, whatrequirements are needed, such as age, gender, skills required, etc..
- How do I do? Specify the most appropriate method to do the job.
